Many therapeutic professionals want to deepen their understanding of how neurodivergence shapes the lives of the young people and families they support. I offer mentorship for therapists, counsellors, SENDCOs, and others who wish to build confidence in working with neurodivergent clients and to develop their practice through a reflective and practical lens.

Executive Functioning

What Mentorship Offers

Mentorship provides a collaborative and supportive space to:

  • Reflect on your clinical or educational work.

  • Explore how neurodivergence and executive functioning shape behaviour and experience.

  • Strengthen your ability to support clients with clarity, empathy, and creativity.

A Combined Therapeutic and Educational Insight

Drawing on long experience in psychotherapy, multidisciplinary work team working and education, I bring an integrated perspective that bridges clinical and classroom worlds. This allows us to think together about neurodivergent clients — including those with autism, ADHD, and learning differences — in ways that are both practically grounded and therapeutically informed.

Who It’s For

  • Independent therapists and counsellors seeking ongoing CDP in working with Neurodiversity

  • SENDCOs, pastoral staff, and other professionals working with neurodivergent young people

  • Small groups or individual practitioners seeking reflective development

  • Professionals seeking to promote a better understanding of their Neurodivergent employees in their workplace

Practicalities

Mentorship sessions are available online or in person. They are charged at £90 per 50-minute session and invoiced termly in advance, once dates are confirmed.

Additional Training & Workshops

In addition to mentorship, I also provide INSET training and workshops for schools and organisations on supporting neurodivergent learners. These interactive sessions aim to equip teams with both insight and practical strategies.

If you would like to explore mentorship, whether individually or as part of a small group, please feel free to get in touch. I would be glad to discuss how this work can support you and enrich your practice.
