Clinical Supervision
Supervision is a vital space for reflective practice, emotional grounding, and professional development. In my work as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, educationalist, and neurodiversity specialist, I offer supervision that brings together extensive clinical experience with over twenty years of working in mental health, education, SEND, and with multidisciplinary teams in the public and private sectors.
I offer supervision for:
-
Therapists and other clinical professionals
-
School counsellors, wellbeing and pastoral staff
Supervision is not simply about discussing client work. It is about creating a dedicated space in which practitioners can reflect on both their clinical thinking and their own responses to casework. This reflective attention allows practitioners to remain emotionally present without becoming overwhelmed or reactive. From this place, the therapeutic space can be held with greater clarity, steadiness, and care.

My supervision practice is grounded in my clinical supervision training and extensive experience of working with children, adolescents, and parents, including those with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles. My approach is informed by psychodynamic, systemic, and person-centred traditions of supervision, and shaped by contemporary relational practice across clinical, educational, and multidisciplinary contexts.
