Walking in Their Shoes:
Understanding Dyslexia

This workshop focuses on helping educators develop a more substantial understanding of what dyslexia is, how it affects children and young people, and a framework for thinking about support in the classroom. This talk can be tailored to focus on primary or secondary aged students.

This talk can also be delivered as a parents workshop as a way for schools/organisations to support parents in developing a better a understanding of their child's strengths and needs

Who is this for? 

This event can be offered as a whole school  INSET training or in organisation looking to better contextualise a current understanding of dyslexia or for those who are first building their understanding.

 

How is this event run:

If you are based in London or in the Greater New York Area this event can be booked to run on-site at your school/organisation. Outside of these areas this event will be run online.

2.5 hours including time for Q & A
